  • SOUND EFFECTS DON’T WORK WHEN YOU LOAD A SAVED GAME
  • ok fuck retina, building a display-agnostic fullscreen render-scaling setting into the options menu instead
  • locked out some of the weird super low resolutions from the possible display list, 1024x768 and up only now
  • screenshots save to a less stupid path now
  • added some email / community / screenshots shortcut buttons to the title screen
  • clarified begin / continue labels on the title screen (thanks itch.io community!)
  • moving the begin/continue, drive, and end turn buttons to the middle
  • option to flip the scroll wheel direction [defaults to flipped for windows]
  • get option menu working in-game too
  • did groundwork for making options menu available in-game
  • walk-injured should actually work on the campfire screen now
  • new walking animation for the campfire scenes
  • fixed bug where players would campfire-idle in-level sometimes
  • mixed soem stuff with character movement animations esp on campfire screens / leaving early / etc
  • wtf car is backwards?? theory - a directional coroutine is completing after the vehicles direction is set at the campfire?
  • on campfire screen some survivors are still visuals enabled = true even tho they didn’t get out of the car yet?

  • game crashes when you actually quit the game, but only on windows. wtf
  • tweaked the quit dialogs to be a little more informative hopefully
  • retina support [not actually fixed]
  • AUDIO DAY: audio is getting muted really unpredictably. not sure whats up with that? something in AudioController i guess but
  • AUDIO DAY: global volume slider! uses a 0-100 flipped RTPC probably add a pref key too (float?)

  • dog’s passenger-side vehicle enter + exit animation alignment
  • addressed all non-save-load crashes that came in through crash reporter
  • sometimes pink objects appear on one of the mountains levels because of an old terrain shader!
  • SAVE+LOAD is PRETTY BAD esp w inventory items
  • sounds like there are some quit / game over crashes still. having a hard time reproducing but maybe addressed by other fixes?
  • sometimes car is missing on title screen continue scene? or is that in out of gas scenarios / no car scenarios? related to above glitch?

  • ‘S’ key takes 4K no-UI screenshots
  • animation softlock on car entry - actually proper fixed now!!
  • misc other animation fixes + repairs
  • several new character animations!
  • whole bunch of weird crash bugs that probably nobody but me is seeing
  • some cell-occupation weirdness w shoved bugs it sounds like
  • attacked an exploding guy in the mountains, died, and when it switched players everything locked up?
  • action points and Energetic trait are having some issues apparently?
  • thought i fixed some weird crap with footsteps but NOPE
  • speech bubbles disappear too fast
  • doublecheck dog animations, sometimes dog like grows too weird big haha, esp at campfire?
  • have dogs favor the passenger side of the car
  • characters holding shields WEIRD HELLA INCORRECT sometimes
  • new walk animation (which isn’t quiiite right) and new death animations (which are awesome)

  • app won’t run on Macs - players have to redownload or install through itch.io/app, it’s a weird chmod/permissions issue
  • siphoning gas while inside a car is a p major problem haha
  • placeholder animation for turning radio on / off is deranged
  • game over / quit game shooouuullldd be more stable now
  • improved crash reporting (invisible to players but VERY HELPFUL FOR ME)
